Product Overview

Butt-welded HDPE (high-density polyethylene) tees are key connectors specifically used in HDPE pipe systems. They use hot-melt butt welding to achieve seamless connection of branch pipes. Product Overview

The socket fusion HDPE tee adopts the socket fusion process to achieve fast and reliable connection between the main pipeline and the branch pipeline. This product has excellent sealing, impact resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and is widely used in engineering fields such as water supply and drainage, gas transmission, industrial fluids, and agricultural irrigation.

Installation process

1. Pipe end treatment: cut the pipe and remove burrs to ensure the end surface is flat.

2. Heating and welding: use a socket welding machine to heat the socket of the pipe fitting and the pipe plug to a molten state.

3. Quick docking: insert the pipe into the socket of the pipe fitting, maintain pressure cooling and solidification.

4. Inspection and acceptance: check the welding quality after cooling to ensure that there is no false welding and misalignment.
