Installation points

Use a professional hot melt welding machine and strictly control the heating temperature (200℃~230℃) and the docking pressure.

It is forbidden to move the pipe during the cooling period to avoid cold welding.

Installation instructions

Cutting preparation: Make sure the pipe end is flat and burr-free, and mark the socket depth.

Cleaning and heating: Clean the socket and spigot with alcohol, and preheat the heating plate to 210±10℃.

Welding and insertion: Heat the pipes and fittings at the same time and quickly socket them, keep the pressure to cool and shape.

Cooling and curing: Do not move the pipe during cooling to ensure a firm weld.

Tip: It is recommended to use a dedicated HDPE socket welding machine and operate it by trained personnel.
