Product Overview
PVC 90 Degree Elbow is a pipe fitting used for the turning connection of PVC pipe system. It is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or related modified plastics (such as UPVC, CPVC), which can realize the change of 90° direction of the pipe. This product is widely used in building drainage, chemical pipelines, agricultural irrigation, power threading and other fields, with the advantages of corrosion resistance, lightweight and easy installation.

PVC 90 Degree Elbow application areas

PVC 90 Degree Elbow Installation method
Socket and spigot adhesive connection (most common)
Clean the pipe and elbow socket to ensure no oil and dust.
Apply PVC special glue, insert quickly and keep fixed for 10~15 seconds.
Stand for 24 hours to ensure complete curing.
Flange connection (high pressure/large diameter)
Align the flange holes and tighten evenly with bolts diagonally.
Threaded connection (small diameter pipe)
Wrap the raw tape and tighten to ensure sealing.
Selection suggestion
Ordinary drainage: use standard PVC elbow (PN0.6MPa).
Chemical medium: choose CPVC or UPVC material (more corrosion resistant).
High temperature environment: CPVC (temperature resistance up to 90℃) is preferred.
High pressure system: choose thickened or flange connection elbow (PN1.6MPa).
