2. Advanced molding process

Large diameter HDPE pipe fittings mainly adopt two processes: injection molding and welding molding. At present, China has developed multi-layer co-injection molding technology, which can produce integral injection molding pipe fittings with a diameter of up to 1800mm. For ultra-large diameter pipe fittings, CNC machine tool processing and welding technology are used, and the dimensional accuracy can reach ±0.3mm.
