Selection and construction points

1. Key selection parameters

Pressure level: PN0.6MPa/1.0MPa/1.6MPa (select according to system design pressure).

SDR value: standard size ratio (such as SDR 11 pipe fittings are suitable for buried high-pressure scenes).

Certification standard: GB/T 13663.2-2018 or ISO 4427.

2. Connection technical specifications

Electrofusion connection:

A special HDPE ElectroFusion Welding Machine (output voltage 39.5±0.5V) is required.

Scrape off the oxide layer of the pipe and keep the butt gap ≤0.3mm.

Hot-melt socket:

The heating temperature is controlled at 210±10℃, and the welding time is adjusted according to the wall thickness (90mm pipe fittings take about 120 seconds).

3. Construction precautions

Preheat the pipe to above 5℃ during winter construction.

The pressure test is required after installation (1.5 times the working pressure for 30 minutes).
