Melt mass flow rate tester is used to measure the melt flow rate of high density polyethylene resin and PE pipes, That is, the melt passes the mass or volume of the standard die every 10 minutes at a certain temperature and load. Its value can characterize the viscous flow characteristics of thermoplastics in the molten state. The deviation between the specified limits and the nominal value of the product should not exceed ±25%, and the results of our tests are all not exceed ±5%.

The drop hammer impact tester tests the impact resistance of polyvinyl chloride pipes used in coal mines. The standard requires a pipe with a nominal outside diameter of <160mm, with a weight of 2.0 kg hammer, and a nominal outside diameter of ≥ 160 mm, with a hammer weight of 3.0 kg, by height of 2.0m, and free fall. Nine of ten pipes without cracks and destruction are acceptable. Now we improve the test standard. Nominal outside diameter of PVC pipes for coal mine<160 mm, with hammer weight of 2.0 kg, Nominal outside diameter of PVC pipes for coal mine ≥ 160 mm, with weight of 6.0 kg hammer, height are both 2.0 meter and free fall. All 10 samples are perfect and no cracks for our PVC pipes for coal mine. And destruction is qualified.

Automatic universal testing machine
1.Automatic universal testing machine is used to test the tensile strength and flatness test of polyvinyl chloride pipes under the coal mine. Standard requirements tensile strength ≥ 35MPa; flat pressure is required to 1/2 pipe diameter, there is no crack and broken will be qualified. The tensile strength of our test is ≥35MPa; there is no crack and breakage in the flat pressure to the inner wall of the pipes.
2. The elongation at break of the PE water supply pipes is not less than 350%. Our test results showed that the elongation at break is more than 450%.
3. The elongation at break of the gas pipes used for buried PE pipes shall not be less than 350%. Our test results showed that the elongation at break is more than 450%.

1. Detect the hydrostatic strength of PVC pipes used in coal mines. The standard requires 35 MPa as the hoop stress, and the test pressure is calculated according to the formula. In the 20±2°C environment, the pressure is maintained for ≥100 hours without leakage and cracking. Our test results showed no leakage and rupture after 100 hours of pressure maintenance.
  2. Check the hydrostatic strength of the PE water supply pipe. The standard requires 5.5MPa as the hoop stress, and the test pressure is calculated according to the formula. In the 80±2°C water temperature environment, the pressure is maintained for ≥165h without leakage and cracking. Our test results showed no leakage and rupture after 165 hours of pressure maintenance.
3. Detect the hydrostatic strength of PE buried gas pipes. The standard requires 5.4 MPa as the hoop stress, and the test pressure is calculated according to the formula. In the 80±2°C water temperature environment, the pressure is maintained for ≥165h without leakage and cracking. Our test results showed no leakage and rupture after 165 hours of pressure maintenance.

Electric thermostat
1. Detect flame retardant and conductive properties of polyvinyl chloride pipes for the coal mine after aging at a set temperature and time. Our experimental results show that both flame retardant and electrical conductivity properties do not change comparing to the new products. The flame-retardant properties of the flaming combustion mean value are ≤1s, the average value of the flameless combustion is ≤10s, the conductivity performance standards require that the inner and outer walls ≤1×106Ω, and the test results are ≤1×105Ω.
2. Check the PE water supply pipe at 110°C for the specified time. After cooling at 23°C, measure the distance between the marking lines before and after placing the sample in the oven. The standard stipulates of the length change rate is ≤ 3%, and the length change rate for our PE water supply pipes is ≤ 2%.
3. Test the moisture content of the buried gas PE pipe, Its standard is ≤300mg/kg, and our test results are all ≤260 mg/kg.
